Resolved Issues:
- DLNA: fixed error: "Exceeded max connections [50], not forking";
- TSMB: fixed file descriptor leakage in the WS-Discovery component;
- TSMB: enabled SMB_COM_SEEK call without SMB_FLAGS2_UNICODE.
