Can't access the Internet from the Guest network

After setting up the Guest network segment on Keenetic, the network becomes visible, but when connecting to it, my mobile device can't get an IP address, and therefore the Internet doesn't work on it. The router logs contain messages such as:

How can this problem be resolved?

This situation occurs when a host that is registered on the Home network segment and is assigned a Static IP tries to connect to the Guest network.
The Guest network DHCP server receives a request to assign an IP address from the connecting host, suggests an IP from a specified range (e.g. 10.1.30.33), then receives a request from the host to confirm the selection of this IP, and then responds with a rejection (NAK, negative-acknowledgement). Thus, the host will not get an IP address on the Guest network and thus will not get access to the Internet.
When trying to connect, you will see similar messages as above in the device logs (System Log).

You can solve this problem in the following way:

Connect to the web interface of the router and on the Client Lists page, remove the registration for the required registered home network device, or disable the Static IP address option. Then, reconnect to the Guest segment.

The Wi-Fi Guest network settings are described in detail in the article Guest network.
