The self-test system file contains full information about the Keenetic system (without passwords), diagnostic information, log file and configuration (user settings).
If you have problems with your router or connection to an Internet, you can send a self-test file to our technical support service.
To save the self-test file, go to the 'General settings' page. The 'System files' section provides files to manage and view information about the Keenetic.
Click on the self-test file entry and then 'Save to computer'. The file will be downloaded by the web browser. If the 'Save file' window appears, specify the location (the folder to which the file will be saved) and click 'Save' or 'OK'.
You can open the self-test.txt file for viewing in any text editor.
